This morning, we did some singing and drumming. We read the book “Le printemps” and talked about some of the signs of spring, then drew and wrote about some of these signs of the season in our Science notebooks. In Math, we used small whiteboards to practise our numbers to 20 and also to work on our +9 addition facts. We did some reading with our big buddies from Mme DiGeso’s class, then had Gym with Mr. C as Mme Mottishaw was away. This afternoon, we played outside at the primary playground with students in Mme Walman’s class. We started an art project - we used white pastels and painted a background for a spring scene which we will finish on Thursday. In Applied Design and Technology, we worked with a partner in the coding app “Scratch Jr” to move a vehicle across a road.
