I was away today - many thanks to Mme Prendergast for teaching the class. The students reviewed their Dictée words, then brainstormed other words with the "er" sound and recorded these words in their Dictée notebooks. They practised reading our phonics sheet with a partner. In Health Education, they read the book "Fais bien attention" and sorted objects into "safe" and "unsafe". In Math, they practised measuring objects using cubes. This afternoon, they had Music with Ms. Harvey and ran around the field, then played outside for their outdoor Gym time.
