This morning, we did some singing and drumming. We chatted about our weekends and shared some news from home. We reviewed our Dictée words and their meanings and completed a word search using our Dictée words. We practised reading and writing using phonics and small whiteboards. We practised our reading and played a reading game with our reading buddies from Mme DiGeso’s class. In Math, we read the book “Les formes” and identified different shapes in the pictures. We identified different shapes in the classroom and recorded these shapes in our math booklets. This afternoon, we played a running game outside with students in Mme Walman’s class, then played at the primary playground for our outdoor Gym time. We practised our writing, reading and art skills at different stations while I read with a group of students at their reading level.
