This morning, we reviewed our Dictee words before writing them in our agendas. We attended the all-school assembly presentation by Michael Bartolotto, who talked to us about including others. We worked on our math, reading and art skills at different stations while I read with a group of students at their reading level. We did a desk clean-up and then had Music with Ms. Harvey. We missed our Gym block as the Gym was closed all morning due to the assembly, so we played a game of "Partner Tag" with students in Mme Walman's class and then played outside at the intermediate playground. We played Chess with a partner and learned how the Queen moves, then played a match using pawns, the King and Queen.
