This morning, in Science, we did an experiment/demonstration with a candle and a cardboard tube to show how you can "see" sound. We did a desk clean-up and practised singing our songs for the Parent Appreciation assembly with students in Mme Walman's class. We attended the all-school drumming assembly, led by District Drum Facilitator Mr. Gordy Bear. We played outside at the intermediate playground with students in Mme Walman's class for our outdoor Gym time. This afternoon, we had Music with Ms. T. as Ms. Harvey was away. We read independently while I read with individual students. In Health Education, we talked about appropriate and inappropriate touches and how to respond to them.
