This morning, we reviewed our new Dictée words and their meanings. We acted them out and also practised printing them in our Dictée notebooks. We did a desk clean-up and also did some phonics reading and writing activities using small whiteboards. We visited the Gym with students in Mme Walman’s class, where we worked on our throwing and catching skills in different stations. In Math, we worked on the concepts of “plus” and “moins”. This afternoon, we had Music with Ms. Harvey. We did some reading of our phonics sheet and also sang some Thanksgiving and Halloween songs.
