This morning, we did some phonics reading and writing activities. We practised printing the letter C on small whiteboards and in our printing booklets. In Math, we worked on identifying groups of objects to ten. We had Music after recess. In Social Studies, we read a book about Doncaster staff and talked about the different ways that Doncaster staff help us and what their jobs are. We drew pictures of some of our favourite Doncaster staff. We traced our turkey paintings that we made yesterday using black markers. We had an extended lunch hour because the Fun Lunch arrived quite late. This afternoon, we ran around the field and played outside with students in Mme Walman's class. We read the story "Une histoire sombre" and visited the Library with Mme Coons for a story and book exchange.
