This morning, we did some singing and movement activities and talked about some of our morning routines. We practised printing numbers 1 and 2 on individual whiteboards as well as in our printing booklets. After recess, all the Grade 1 French Immersion students came together to talk about recess rules and safety procedures. We went on a walking tour of the school. All Grade 1 students visited the Gym, where we had fun practising some skills in different stations (beanbags, hula hoops, scarves and balls). This afternoon, we all played outside at the primary playground. Afterwards, we learned about how Centres work and played in Centres. We read the book "Aboie Georges!".
