This morning, we did some singing and drumming. We wrote stories in our journals using some of our Dictée words. We worked on our Socials, Math and Art skills in different stations while I read with a group of students at their reading level. In Math, we started learning our "doubles" addition facts to 20. We practised our reading with our reading buddies from Mme DiGeso's class. This afternoon, in Social Studies, we talked about the cardinal directions (N, S, E, W), then went outside and drew what we could see to the North, South, East and West of the school. We had Music with Ms. Harvey and played in Centres.
