This morning, we chatted about our weekends. We went outside to observe where the sun was in relation to the school and drew this in our Science notebooks. We reviewed our Dictée words and completed a word search using words from the Dictée. We did some singing and drumming after recess. We read a story about Diwali and also watched a short video explaining how it’s celebrated. We read our phonics sheet with a partner. In math, we worked on identifying numbers that are greater or less than. We did some reading and writing phonics activities and listened carefully during our Show and Tell presentations.
