I was away today - many thanks to Mme Derman for teaching the class. The students reviewed their Dictée words and completed a word search using the words from the Dictée. They practised reading our phonics reading sheet as a class and with a partner. In Math, they worked on counting and identifying groups of objects. They had a discussion about Thanksgiving and wrote a class book where they each wrote and illustrated a page showing something they are thankful for. This afternoon, they ran around the field and played outside with students in Mme Walman's class. They read the book "Mon ami est triste".
