This morning, we talked about our weekends. We discussed some of our favourite things about Grade 1, then wrote about them in our journals. We read the book "Les grizzlys". We did some singing and drumming, then read independently while I read with individual students. We reviewed how the Chess pieces move, then played Chess with a partner. We played outside at the primary playground for our outdoor Gym time. This afternoon, we had Music with Ms. Harvey, then played in Centres.
