This morning, we reviewed our new Dictée words and their meanings, then acted them out and practised printing them in our Dictée notebooks. We did some phonics based reading and writing activities using small whiteboards and also practised printing the letter R in our printing booklets. We did a dress rehearsal for our Halloween concert. We played outside with students in Mme Walman’s class. We had a special visit from Mme Showers, our school counsellor, who talked to us about her job and also discussed big feelings and ways we can calm down. In Math, we worked on the concepts of “greater” and “less than”. We read the class book “C’est l’Halloween” that we created yesterday.
