This morning, we did some singing and drumming. We reviewed our new Dictée words and their meanings, then acted them out and practised printing them in our Dictée notebooks. We practised our printing and did some reading and writing using small whiteboards. We visited the Gym, where we did some partner dances and also did some free dancing with scarves. We had Music with Ms. Harvey before lunch. This afternoon, in Science, we talked about solids, liquids and gases. I did a demonstration with an ice cube that I put in a kettle so that we could see how water can be a solid, a liquid and a gas. We played a few different games for Math to practise our "friendly facts" to 10. We also played numbers Bingo to practise our numbers to 20. We read the story "Encore un but".
